Request / Response

- Refactor ScriptParams
- Create ScriptResponse as a Lua UserData class to encompass lua responses
- Create a response from lua with 'response' and 'empty_response' constructors
- response:set_status(int)
- Optional response body
- Build in json.lua de/serialisation from https://github.com/rxi/json.lua as json_encode, json_decode
