Added functionality for delegated events, updated tests accordingly. Included Element.matches polyfill by github user elijahmanor

Added an extra file (test.js) to store various tests under muTest, a php
file to respond to requests and an update for test.html to include
test.js

tinyDOM can now tell between query strings and DOM abjects passed to mu, allowing better chaining with μ(this)

Updated library symbol to (more appropriate) 'μ' and added an alias as
'mu' in case unicode isn't available in an editor for whatever reason
