* refactor and split input fn

Input has been decoupled into input_mouse and input_kb

Moved `lib.rs` around, ordered as enums > structs > plugin > functions

* allow selection and copy on readonly buffers

caveats:
 - only hides cursor when typing if cursor is in app window
 - only acts on primary window
